Miss Raiden (one of my favorite recurring characters from Angel) was made from a Chronicles of Riddick Kyra.
This worked to my advantage since, of course, both characters were played by the same actress :). The hair was donated by an X3
Jean Grey and the arms came from the parts bin. The "electricity blasts" are Force effects from a random Star Wars figure.
